Responsibilities:-

Handle customer complaints & service requests on-site
Diagnose and resolve EV technical issues
Coordinate with customer for timely resolution
Maintain service records and update reports regularly
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:-

Experience in EV / Automobile service (preferred)
Strong technical & troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills (local language + Hindi/English)
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
