Responsibilities:-

Key Responsibilities:
? Manage customer service queries, complaints, and feedback through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
? Track and follow up on service requests, vehicle issues, and warranty claims.
? Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and internal service teams for timely resolution.
? Maintain accurate service records and update CRM databases regularly.
? Generate daily/weekly reports on customer issues and service performance.
? Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
? Support service campaigns, recalls, or product updates as needed.

Requirements:-

Requirements:
? 2-4 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or service coordination (EV or automotive industry preferred).
? Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with technical/service exposure.
? Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
? Experience with CRM software or service ticketing systems is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English) and a customer-first approach.
? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
