Responsibilities:-

Sales & Business Growth:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase market penetration and sales revenue.
  • Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals with B2B and B2C clients.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities in urban and rural markets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to launch promotional campaigns.

Dealer & Partner Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
  • Train and support dealers with sales techniques, product knowledge, and after-sales services.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and supply chain coordination.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with the R&D and production teams to align sales strategies with product availability.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth strategies.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:-

  • Experience: 3-7 years in business development, sales, or channel management (preferably in EV, automobile, or mobility sector).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of electric vehicles, battery technology, and market dynamics.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and market expansion.
