Role Overview:

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, and lead the production team to meet output targets efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in assembly line supervision, process improvement, and team management within an automotive or EV manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

• Ensure achievement of daily and monthly production targets.

• Monitor assembly line operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain quality standards and coordinate with the QA team to address non-conformities.

• Manage workforce allocation, attendance, and performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and housekeeping practices.

• Coordinate with maintenance and stores for smooth production flow.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, downtime analysis, and improvement plans.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements:-

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in EV / automotive manufacturing).

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality systems.

• Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
