Responsibilities:-

  • Manage and update customer data.
  • Track, follow up, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Monitor customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments.
  • Generate reports on customer behaviour, sales performance, and campaign results.
  • Support CRM campaigns, including emails, SMS, and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with clients.
  • Be responsible for generating sales through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.

Requirements:-

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to customer needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
