Responsibilities:-
Articulation and implementation of the organization’s strategy for selling products and after sales services. Develop Sales forecasts for at least a year and strategies to achieve sales forecasts at price levels to ensure profitability. Oversee all sales activities of the company, strategically planning and launching new products and after sales services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure the mutually beneficial relationship for Company and its Channel partners, continually find ways to motivate team members to boost morale and retention. In addition, prepare sales reports, build synergic relationships and oversee new employee training and continued training for current employees to achieve planned goals and objectives.
