At AMO electric bikes, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations due to manufacturing defects or transit damage. To ensure a smooth and fair experience for both customers and our team, we follow a transparent return policy. Please read the details below carefully before raising a return request.

Return Request Timeline

All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery. Any request received after this time period will not be eligible for return. We advise customers to inspect the product immediately upon delivery to identify any visible issues or defects.

Eligible Products for Return

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged products. If the product arrives damaged or shows a factory defect, customers must share clear photos or videos as proof while raising the return request. This helps us evaluate the issue quickly and fairly.

Non-Returnable Products

To maintain product quality and safety standards, certain products are not eligible for return, including:

1. Products that have been registered, ridden, or used

2. AMO electric scooters that show signs of usage

3. AMO batteries once activated, as battery performance depends on usage conditions

Once a product is used or activated, it cannot be resold or reused, which is why such items are strictly non-returnable.

Inspection & Approval Process

After receiving a return request, our team will review the provided details and may arrange a product inspection if required. Returns are approved only after verification of the defect or damage. If the product does not meet return criteria, the request may be declined.

Refund Process

If a return is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after successful inspection. The amount will be credited back using the original payment method or as per company policy.
